Garfield Minus Garfield

Got to give a shout out to Garfield Minus Garfield. I'm pretty sure I caught this link on a post on QuakerJono's blog, Forgotten Beatitudes a few months ago. Anyway, it's a whole other kind of funny to watch Jon Arbuckle without his smart-ass cat's comments. It's also more than a little sad. Which, in a twisted sort of way, makes it funny again.

I stole the link myself from my friend David's blog, Abstract Nixon, so I can hardly call you out on it. In fact, repost away. It's a never ending stream of wonderful that needs to be shared.

For more comics buffoonery, check out The Comics Curmudgeon if you haven't already. It almost makes the funny pages worth reading again...although I just wait for Josh's reinterpretations. Still, I've never been more excited about the next Mary Worth strip in my life!

Now that G'Field with the G-Spot is one we can all appreciate there. Don't need any missing "cat" to make us go Arrgggh!

Just favorited comics curmudgeon, QJ.

Right-o, Ange. I think.

Andy...do you watch Californication? If not,it'll help you satisfy your "Arrrggghhh." We'll give you Seson One when we finish with it.

PS: I had a cat named Garfield :)

What a coincidence, Star; My great-great-great grandfather had a president named Garfield!

Didn't Star's cat get assassinated?

superdave524 said...

Yeah, once. But you know, you got to kill 'em eight more times.

Do you know who killed my cat?

Let's try that again.

Apparently it's either curiosity, or James Giteau. I'm going with curiosity.
