Ooh, Yeah, Life Goes On...

Still in Court. Guilty pleas. Probation violations. Picked a jury in one case, but got a deal my client couldn't refuse before said jury was sworn. Still got a coupla days this week, and another week after, where the prosecutors were earlier talking of trying an arson case I got (well, it's not really MY case. It's mine to handle, but I get to go home either way.) Feeling a bit worn. Ol' Smiley, at left, probably got worn out shilling for Wal-Mart (as opposed to pitcher Curt Schilling for the Red Sox).

No, that Schilling, loves the economy just the way it is, and the rich get richer! Had it not been for the 8 Mill he gets from the BoSox this year, he was thinking of running ag. John Kerry (even though he considers Pittsburg his home.)

Good pitch selection and a fine fastball are absolutely prerequisites for Congress. And bloody red sox.

Forgot to mention, that 8 mil he got from the Sox to sit on his butt. Sure, he didn't know his rotator cuff was torn BEFORE he signed the contract.

Probably he tore it endorsing his check.

I'm thinking the worn outs of the world need a vacation. Yes. That's what I'm thinking.
