And Andy and Chase get up at, like, 4:00 a.m.? That's just nuts!

Go SuperDave, now do it again in two days! Relentless forward progress. Walking is fine, jogging is fine. You'll have setbacks, just don't have give-ups!

Persevere. Roger, that.

Indeed, you can be DFL, but it beats DNS ...

Good for you, remember, I started at 205-210ish (at 5'4") and waddled the weight off ... in the words of the immortal Rob Schneider in the classic film "The Waterboy," .... "You can DO it!"

Imo try, Chase. Imo try.

Dave, those shoes look barely used !

Er, yeah, Lynne. Imo try to change that.

My sentiments exactly. I was awakened at 4:20am this morning to meet the yahoos at Croom at o'dark hundred.

Tomorrow's even worse: I'm volunteering at a triathlon on the beach, and will have a 3:30am wake-up call...and I'm not even racing! I am NOT a morning person. Whoever thought of getting up that early deserves to be shot.

Geez, Star, you ultra-people. Honestly, I get tired just thinking about it.

Star, that could be fun !

Lynne, did you see the times, there? Seriously?

I would just not go to sleep that night so I wouldn't have to wake up early :)
