I caught a few of the racers just prior to the race. Intense. 
They had men's, women's and children's races. I don't know if this little dude won, but he sure sported a winning attitude! 
The coolest part of the race was hanging out at a table by the restaurants, quaffing a few Italian beers as the bicycles whizzed by. For a few hours, at least, the Boro felt very "Continental".Here's a snippet from the women's race. Fast women!
The dudes raced a little later. Couldn't hardly see them, but we sure heard them whoosh by.

My favorite thing is to go the race and ask all the dudes if they sell any men's clothes where they bought there little costumes. No one has ever said yes to that question.

Their little costumes, that should read their too little costumes. Robin Williams had a line about those tight shorts, but I don't remember it. Something having to do with religion....

I'm not a beer drinker, but I'd rather drink a keg than ride with roadies! (Just check out the looks on their faces...that says it all).
Star, you endurance folks are a much nicer crowd.
