My brother, the Amazing AndyMan, and his good and great ultra-running buddy, Woody, stopped by the Boro last night on their way to Raleigh to run a hunnerd mile race. These guys are certified lunatics (I view their registration to the Umsteadhundred mile races as certification). Andy confirms that the photo, while not especially flattering, is accurate enough. Imagine how they'll look in a couple of days.

A & W Rooting.

In case anyone was interested, A & W, and the rest of the Tampa contingient rocked Umstead! AndyMan ran his second best time ever, finishing 100 miles in about 21 hours and 12 minutes. Woody and A2 were also sub 24 hours, with Woody posting his best time in eight years.
SuperD, A2 would have been sub-24, but he didn't run. The Professor, who is also an "A" ran his best time 22:25.
Woody amazed us all with a 23:26.
It wasn't us, it was the delicious Blueberry Pancakes! Now that was some good eats! Thanks bro.

Now, see, there's a dude willing to share his success! If the pancakes made a difference, I'd be leaping over small buildings by now! Congrats again, My Brother. You make me proud.
I swear... I only had one beer, not the entire 12 pack! How did I ever stay up all night to run. :)
