Them's Eats.
Though it's been pretty hot in the Boro, a couple of late afternoons last week were downright pleasant. Pleasant enough, in fact, for deck dining. And what a meal it was: roasted red potatoes, fresh summer squash with red onions, a glass of red wine and, buried under the very fine plant material was a well-crafted ribeye steak. Now that's what I'm talkin' about!

Yum Yum, (though I prefer the filet myself)
The steak was good, but, to my amazement, the squash and potatoes were my favs.
Those potato's are yummy looking! I love a good Rib Eye. I am now hungry thank you very much. ;-)
Heh, heh.
Charleston: don't miss the traffic, the heat, the generally awful service, the palmetto bugs, the mosquitos, the smell of low tide, the streets that flood every time it rains ... but sure do miss the cooking. Those folks can seriously cook.
True, dat.
That looked yummy Dave. I love veggies when they are cooked the right way.
You had me up until the steak.
Oh well.
At least the wine looks good.
The veggies were really good, Tam (and so was the wine, Kate).
