I Want My Baby Bok.

Normally I oppose child labor and imports from China, but I must say this baby bok choy worked well in Lady's Di's most recent stir-fry. For what it's worth, we got a big sackful of produce from the local farmer's market to keep this little fella company. So bok off, m'kay?

My word, that looks fresh! Love farmers markets. We have ONE where everything is locally grown----the others we have to check to be sure. fdb

It was fresh, and tasted great in the stir-fry. Our farmer's market will only certify that the produce was grown in South Carolina, not necessarily in the County (though a lot of it is). The vendors mostly grow their own, but if they get it from someone else, they'll tell you.
