Guac this Way.
No, "avocado" is neither a hobby (that'd be avocation) nor a Spanish attorney (that'd be just silly): it's a vegetablish-fruit that Lady Di mashes, then mixes with lime juice, garlic, onions and tomato to create a most fine guacamole. We had some on our black bean burritos the other day and it was muy bueno!

But is it better than Andyman's?
Star, I've sampled both, and they're different. They're both the best of their breed!
Good answer, Superdave, good answer!!! I like them sliced with a little salt, pepper and a dab of mayo. This is from my youth in south Fla. when they were cheap and plentiful---was often our salad at dinner.... They are no longer cheap! fdb
But they're still good, Frandy. I remember mom used to put toothpicks in the pit and set it in water. It'd grow okay, until she put in in the ground...
I never complain about some good guac. Delicious!
Me neither, RC. Thanks for stopping by.
