All right, it's a costume. Anyway, the Halloween season has been fun. Nice "Good Fridays" party a week or so ago. The Lads carved a couple of pumpkins (they know Jack-O-Lanterns). Diane and I handed out candy to about 200 kids at her house. Lots of little Batmen and princesses. Good times.

Been Workin' Out, Too.
All right, it's a costume. Anyway, the Halloween season has been fun. Nice "Good Fridays" party a week or so ago. The Lads carved a couple of pumpkins (they know Jack-O-Lanterns). Diane and I handed out candy to about 200 kids at her house. Lots of little Batmen and princesses. Good times.

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed Coraline. Hard to believe it was less than a year ago that I took my wayward daughter to it.
I think the best comment I heard all weekend in Denver was by a 50-something woman at our ND/Halloween party.
ReplyDeleteThis woman hadn't spoken more than five words all night until the doorbell was rung by a trick-or-treater. The woman firmly grumbled, "I HATE KIDS!" I laughed so hard I almost fell off the couch! (Maybe that was because the gimlets had gone straight to my air-deprived brain...)
Gin for Halloween? Not a bad plan. I had a coupla GT's myself.
