Russ makes killer chili! If the thermal temp. doesn't warm you up---the red pepper will! His Dad loved it----I sweat my way through it!
I can't even fathom NYC temps, Col. Though I was born in frigid Montana, my youth was spent in sunny FL.I'm not sure I ever had Russ' chili, Frandy. Fries? You betcha.
It's 22 degrees outside. We had a little respite on Friday. Got up to, like, 45 or so. Now, it's just cold. Time for something hardy to eat. Chilly weather is chili weather.
